  2. Take any weights, measures, or other goods, as well as any records, registers, or other documents or items that could show that a crime was committed during trade or commerce.

• The director can also ask for all documents related to the weight or measurement to be shown. So, the person who has control of that weight or measure must do as asked.

• When seized goods can be used up quickly or by nature, the director can get rid of them in a way that the authority tells him to.

• Every search and seizure must be done according to the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1973, which has rules about searches and seizures.

 17. Giving false information or a false return

 18. Pointless search
