One more requirement for eligibility has to do with the private security guards who work for private security agencies. Here's what they are:
1. The person applying must live in India.
2. The applicant can't be over 65 years old or under 18 years old.
3. The applicant must have taken the required security training.
4. The applicant shouldn't have been fired from a government job without good reason.

2. Signed an agreement to collaborate.
