Building construction, repair, and installation services are covered under Trademark Class 37.
The following services are also included in Class 37:
1. Construction services, such as those provided by painters, plumbers, heating installers, and roofers, as well as services related to the construction of buildings, roads, bridges, dams, or transmission lines
2. Construction-related services such as reviews of construction plans
3. Shipbuilding services
4. Services involving the rental of equipment or building materials
5. Repair services, i.e., services that promise to restore anything to its former condition after wear, damage, deterioration, or partial destruction (restoration of an existing building or another object that has become imperfect and is to be restored to its original condition)
6. Repair services are needed in many industries, such as electricity, furniture, instruments, tools, and so on.
7. Maintenance services that keep a thing in its original condition without affecting any of its attributes.
As a result, Trademark Class 37 primarily includes services rendered by contractors or subcontractors in the construction or making of permanent buildings, as well as services rendered by individuals or organisations engaged in restoring objects to their original condition or preserving them without altering their physical or chemical properties.
