Trademark Class 14 includes precious metals and their alloys, as well as objects made of or coated with precious metals that are not covered in other classes; jewellery, precious stones, and horological and chronometric devices.
Class 14 also includes the following products:
1. adornment (i.e., imitation jewellery and jewellery of precious metal and stones)
2. Tie pins and cuff links
As a result, Trademark Class 14 mostly covers precious metals, precious metal objects not included in other classes, and, in general, jewellery, clocks, and watches.
Class 14 commodities must NOT be classed as follows:
1. Precious metal goods organised by function or purpose, such as metals in foil and powder form for painters, decorators, printers, and artists
