Transport, packing and storage of products, and travel arrangements are all covered under Trademark Class 39.

The following services are also included in Class 39:

1. Services provided by firms that use the transporter's stations, bridges, rail-road ferries, and so on.

2. Services related to the rental of transportation vehicles

3. Services related to marine tugs, unloading, port and dock operations, and the recovery of destroyed ships and their cargoes

4. Services related to the packing and parcelling of products prior to shipment

5. Information on travels or the transfer of products by brokers and tourist agencies, information about rates, schedules, and modes of transportation

6. Inspection services for cars or products prior to transportation.

As a result, Trademark Class 39 encompasses services for transporting people, animals, or products from one location to another (by rail, road, water, air, or pipeline), as well as services linked to the storage of items in a warehouse or other structure for preservation or guarding.

The following services are not included in Class 39:

1. Advertising transport undertakings that provide services, such as prospectus distribution or radio advertising

2. Broker or travel agency services connected to the issuance of travellers' cheques or letters of credit

3. Insurance-related services (commercial, fire, or life) during the transportation of people or products

4. Vehicle maintenance and repair services, as well as the maintenance and repair of items associated with the transportation of people or products

5. Services connected to the reservation of hotel rooms by travel agencies or brokers
